Cole: It took a long time to reflect on the local Ming annual meeting that did not do well last year and focus on some goals.

Cole said that looking forward to the coming important year, he will focus on some personal coaching goals to give full play to the team’s potential.
“I will say, I think I failed to connect the team last year.” Cole said, “this summer I spent a lot of time revisiting last year. I should have done something different. I really believe that sometimes failure will force you to re-evaluate. I am very happy to return next year with a team with new focus, vitality and spirit. I can’t wait for me to take the lead.”
Cole is in the contract year and is eligible for renewal. According to previous reports, warrior boss Joe Lake said that the renewal discussion would be held soon, and he believed that everyone would determine the solution.
