Our club has recently completed the renewal of the contract with the players in the left year. The new contract term is three years, category C.
Zuo Yinian is an excellent player trained and grown up in the club. He has been working for Sichuan Jinqiang club since his career. During his basketball career, he has been selected into the national youth, the national three-person basketball team and the National Olympic men’s basketball training team for many times, he has won three-person basketball champion and U18 Asian youth championship successively.
In the year of Zuo Yi, a class C 1+1 contract was signed with the club in 2022, of which +1 was the club option. In the 2022-2023 season, the left year played 36 games, with an average of 10.4 points, 3.5 basketball 1.0 assists in each game. The field goal percentage increased significantly, reaching 45.8 percent, becoming the second local scorer of the team.
After the 22-23 season, the club decided to give up the +1 option and sign a three-year renewal contract with the left year in advance in view of the excellent performance of the left year in the last season. In the next three seasons, as one of the best players in Sichuan in active service, he will continue to play in the CBA league in Sichuan battle robe.
