During the offseason, Timberwolves renewed their contract with Edwards at a top salary of up to 0.26 billion dollars in five years.
In the 2003-04 season, Garnett, who played for the Timberwolves, won the only regular season MVP trophy in his career. He could get 24.2 points, 13.9 rebounds, 5 assists, 1.5 steals, 2.2 cap in the season.
