Live broadcast on July 25, CBA officially announced the 2023-2024 CBA league player draft, salary cap, employment and transaction management regulations.
Article 53 stipulates that domestic player trading is dominated by clubs, and trading chips can be used between clubs to obtain consideration, and trading chips can be superimposed or used separately. Trading chips are limited:
(1) transaction fees;
(2) selection rights (this season or next season);
(3) foreign players give priority to renewal rights;
(4) exclusive signing rights of domestic players.
All player transactions are only conducted between clubs, including loan, transfer, player swap and claim.
