“I hope so.” Hart said when asked if he wanted to renew his contract with Knicks. “When the time comes, we will start negotiations. I hope to reach a long-term agreement with the team. This is a place where I want to stay for a long time and I want to call it home.”
Hart’s contract with Knicks still has the last year left. In the 2022-23 season, Hart played 76 regular season matches with an average of 9.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 1.2 steals, field goal percentage and 52.9 percent, with a three-point shooting rate of 37.2 percent.
