Russell is a guest today in Beverly’s podcasting program, talking about the difference between James and Kobe’s leadership.
Russell said: “LeBlanc is better at getting along with everyone. He is better at communication, such as in plane and ordinary life, while Kobe almost never talks on the plane. He has been focusing on his own affairs, sometimes he writes something, his movies or books, and he is very focused.”
“To be honest, I have never seen such a thing before. For example, everyone in a room is talking and chatting very lively, but after Kobe walks in, the room will be quiet instantly, he will take such a feeling that no matter where he goes, everyone will stop and keep quiet.” Russell said.
