Jenny: influenced by Zen Masters, the management has a consistent view of the Lakers style
Live broadcast on August 5th recently, Lakers boss Jenny buss talked about the influence of Zen master on his management of a team when interviewed by NBA reporter Mark Medina.
Jenny said: “The first decision you need to make is which style of basketball you want to play, which is the influence Phil Jackson has on me in managing a team. Perinka, Joy bass (in charge of the Development League), Jessie bass (in charge of scouts) and coach Ham have the same view on what type of basketball we want to play. When everyone agrees and keeps pace, those great things will happen. This gives players the opportunity to shine, which brings us the success we have seen.”
